when will my order arrive?
DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPPING MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL, PLEASE UNDERSTAND EVERYONE IS DOING WHAT THEY CAN.
As items are carefully handmade, they take time to be shipped out, production time will take 2-5 days. Orders will be shipped out 1-2 days after the production period, depending on volume of orders. Please understand this is a one-women operation, but I will work diligently to get orders out as fast as possible! All orders will be shipped through USPS. Orders that are eligible for tracking will be tracked and the tracking link will be sent via email.
I am not responsible for orders once they have been received by USPS. If you would like to purchase insurance on your order please contact me prior to placing your order via email studiocreativecat@gmail.com.
do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, international shipping is unavailable at this time, but hopefully that will change soon! Thank you for being patient.
i got my shipping confirmation a while ago and my order still hasn't arrived...

Keep in mind that orders do not include insurance and do not require a signature upon arrival. If this is something you’d like to add to your order for a small fee, please reach out within 24 hours of your purchase via email at studiocreativecat@gmail.com.

As a (very) small business, items are made-to-order and made with the utmost care and effort. Before purchasing, please consider these things. However, if your purchase somehow gets damaged upon arrival, I will be happy to make you a new pair (in the same design), please contact me via e-mail within 14 days of purchase and we'll see what we can do!
